Nevitt Elementary School

This 95,000 sf K–8 campus reconstruction was completed in carefully planned phases—all while the school remained fully occupied and operational. Our team developed and executed a comprehensive phasing strategy that allowed for the safe demolition of existing structures and construction of new facilities with minimal disruption to students and staff.

The project included the ground-up construction of a new administration building, cafeteria, gymnasium with bleachers, library, and a two-story classroom building housing 30 modern learning spaces. Each phase was delivered with a focus on safety, communication, and seamless transitions to maintain the school’s daily operations.
