The Arizona Builder’s Alliance Emerging Leadership (E.L.F.) Forum program is a year-long course based around professional development within the AEC industry. The hands-on program focuses on presentation and management skills, as well as networking, and business etiquette with every class developing a key characteristic of becoming a leader. Not only did Kolton complete this course while managing multiple projects his E.L.F. group won the best mock interview out of eight teams.
